Text Box: BILLING INFORMATION How to read your water meter You can monitor your water usage by reading your water meter, which is usually located in front of your home. To read the meter like the one depicted below, simply read the first five numbers from left to right. Disregard the last three digits colored red on your meter. The reading shown below should be read as 1210 Kilolitres. Billing Schedule Water and Sewerage bills are issued monthly to all EDA RANU’s customers The table below shows the billing dates and meter reading schedule for each suburb. For example, if your property is located in Boroko, your water and sewerage bill will be generated on the 21st of every month. Customers are reminded that they have to settle the total amount due to EDA RANU within fourteen (14) days of the billing date.
